I am no longer pre-diabetic!

"I started training at the end of January, as I had been to the Doctors and they had taken some blood tests and one came back that I was pre-diabetic.


I wanted advice on how to reverse this. I was put on a diet to build up the insulin in my body. This was designed for me in order to help. I have also gone to the gym three times a week instead of two and the exercise has helped in the process.
